NYBK gladly accepts exchanges if you are not satisfied with your item.
NYBK carefully examines and packs products for a safe delivery. However, if you find any damage with the product upon its arrival, we will provide an exchange for a new one free of charge. To exchange the damaged item, customers must return it within 2 weeks of purchase.
Customers may return in 30 days if they are not satisfied with the purchased product. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a 'free try on and return' option. Except for exchanges for damaged items, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
